General Wong is a 3 star general in the United States Army and in charge of DARPA Project: Colossus, a top secret mission to build a fully functional giant robot at Area 51. When his top scientists get abducted, he calls in the Woodsman. Why would he trust someone outside of the military? Where have their paths crossed before?
