A while back, I wrote about how I invented the Big MacChicken sandwich. Admittedly, it’s not much of an invention… it requires pre-established food-stuffs and is 90% of your daily caloric intake and 110% of your daily fat intake… but it was a delicious discovery and one that I’ve been indulging in far too much.

Recently, it has been brought to my attention that before I discovered the MacChicken, another hybrid sandwich was created with a double cheeseburger and a McChicken sandwich resulting in a similar construction. The benefits being that in some markets McChickens and double cheeseburgers are on the dollar menu, making it a huge, cheap sandwich. I had to try it out to compare.

The Big MacChicken wins, by far. The sauce used in the Big Mac compliments the McChicken whereas the abundance of ketchup in the double cheeseburger masks the flavour. But don’t take my word for it, try it yourself. Be sure that you visit a doctor beforehand just to make sure there are no complications.
