Orange you glad I said “Cola”

This has happened to me twice already. The first time was at McDonald’s and just last week at A&W. What do fast food chains have against orange pop? Are my tastes too eclectic? Are the masses really demanding more variations of cola? I didn’t even want a burger from A&W… I wanted the orange pop and I’d just order the burger and fries to make it a combo.
